differences

with all the stuff going on right now in iraq, darfur, and throughout the rest of the world, this simple little venn diagram says so much.

i absolutely love indexed.blogspot.com and think that a lot of the stuff on there is genius, but this one is so simple and just screams we are way more similar then we want to admit. our differences are ideas and upbringing, we are all basically the same. its a scary thought but our foes are just like us all that make us foes are differences of opinion...

cats

i don't like cats. don't get me wrong i love kittens, but as soon as they hit non-playful age i am no longer a fan. i think it is because of my mom's cat, skye, a siamese with bipolar disorder. she can be the sweetest thing, but as soon as she decides it is time for you to stop petting her, she attaches to your arm with claws and teeth. for this reason i try not to touch her and thus the rational behind my dislike of full grown felines. even though i don't like cats, i found this cartoon utterly hilarious for some reason. i think it is my inner nerd?

seriously, that is just plain funny. well i hope this is my first and only post relating to cats.
