again i was lucky enough to be able to travel to california, but this time i headed south to san diego.  i of

course went to the world famous san diego zoo (which i highly recommend).  i also went to the uss

midway, which is an aircraft carrier that is now decommissioned and used as an floating museum. the

hearst castle is absolutely stunning and the views were amazing. i then visited sunset beach in san diego

and finished the trip off with a red sox game at the oakland coliseum against the a's.
